If you’re a Colorado hospital admin and you’ve found your facility on ClearPrice Health, this page tells you exactly what we publish, how we sourced it, and how to engage.

1. What we publish about your hospital

Every Colorado hospital we’ve been able to parse cleanly has a public profile at /hospitals/<your-slug>/. The profile includes:

Median negotiated rate for each catalog procedure your facility reports.
Percentile rank against Colorado peers for each procedure.
Compliance tier (A through D) based on the CMS validator and structural file checks.
A direct link to your hospital’s published MRF.
Date of the most-recent refresh.

Everything we publish is derived from your own publicly-disclosed machine-readable file. We do not estimate, model, or crowdsource prices.

2. How we sourced it

Our pipeline is documented at /articles/how-we-discover-and-crawl-hospital-mrf-links. The short version: we discover your MRF link from public sources (your own /price-transparency page, NPPES, hospital-association registries), validate the file structure, normalize payer slugs, and aggregate per-(hospital, procedure, payer) into the medians you see on the site.

3. Corrections SLA

If a price, payer, or fact on your hospital’s page is wrong or out of date, email clear-price-corrections@geninspired.com. We acknowledge correction requests within 5 business days, target 14-day resolution, and re-run the affected page on the next quarterly refresh. Full process at /corrections.

4. The Hospital Workspace

Your hospital can claim an invite-only workspace at portal.clearpricehealth.generativeinspired.com. The workspace surfaces aggregated consumer demand for your service area, peer benchmarks against Colorado hospitals, MRF parser warnings on your own file, and a workflow for sponsored-listing intake. A four-week trial is included on first sign-in.

5. Annual transparency index

We’re developing an annual ranking of Colorado hospitals on data completeness, file freshness, correction-responsiveness, and cash-vs-negotiated spread. The first edition is forthcoming.
